Project Overview The future of cremation technology is here with the Green Revolution Foundation's (GRF) innovative Semi Automatic Cremation System. This eco-friendly system runs on Gas, Wood, or Electric, making it a sustainable choice for those looking to honor their loved ones while being kind to the planet.
In line with Indian traditions, GRF has developed a modern cremation system that’s rooted in rituals and is kind to the environment. Process

The environmentally friendly cremation machine has three key components: a scrubber made from high-grade stainless steel, an advanced automatic lifting mechanism, and a close-body incinerator chamber.
To carry out the cremation, the first step involves placing the deceased on a foundation where a lifting device will elevate them. Typically, the entire process takes between 45 to 90 minutes. Once the cremation is complete, the ashes (Phol) are given to a family member in water to perform the last rites.
The system can even run-on solar power support (Optional)
The pipe that leads to the wet scrubber, which helps filter out harmful gases by turning them into water, is where the flue gases are channeled. This process ensures that any leftover smoke is sent up the chimney while the remaining particles are cleaned up.

22 Chimney As per CPCB standards, the 10-meter self-supporting chimney will have a base diameter of 1200 mm, tapering to 324 mm and finally 22 mm. It will be secured using high-tension half-threaded bolts with one spring washer and two plain washers. Foundation bolts will be 32 mm in diameter and 900 mm long. The structure includes a 10 mm steel core wire rope, aircraft light, earthing strip plates, ladder with platform, lightning arrestor, and other necessary accessories.
